FAQ

If my Pro license expires, will my build pipeline stop working?

No. If your Pro license has expired your build pipeline will continue working but with the DepBuilder Community set of features.

How do I change the notification email?

How do I cancel the subscription?

If you have purchased the subscription through Paypal, you can cancel the subscription through the Paypal dashboard. For more info, see the Paypal documentation pages.

If you purchased the subscription without the Paypal account, you can contact us on our support email with the subject line "Subscription cancel". Please include the name of the company for which you are cancelling the subscription and your last invoice id (from the payment receipt).

How do I get a refund?

If you are not happy with the purchased software, you are eligible for a full refund in the first 30 days after the subscription was made. Make sure to check the Money back guarantee section for more info.
